Kids Snacks for School
My kids love new things and happen to eat more if I change snacks up a bit. I think they just think it’s more fun and exciting. So when I pack kids snacks for school I tend to change them up frequently.
I want to tell you right off the bat that this is not going to be some super cute blog post with amazing faces and animals made out of food. I seriously don’t have time for that.
Don’t get me wrong I’ve tried it and took the time to do the fun ones but in the end, they didn’t think they were that cool.
I will throw some pictures of those snacks at the end for inspiration but this list of snacks is the easiest snacks ever. they can grab them and open them themselves!
This post is going to be straight up easy kids snack ideas. What us moms need when we need to get back to the pile of laundry building up or really just want 10 minutes to scroll Instagram in peace!

These chips are a great price and perfect to grab on the go. Yes, they are not healthy I know. 40 bags for $12.
Chewy bars are a favorite of the kiddos and this box has 58 for $9.99 the box of 40 at Safeway is $12.99.
These Gold Fish packs are easy to grab and I usually put one in Annabelle’s backpack for her school lunch.
I love these fruit snacks too! Under $6 for 40 of them plus the 15% off and delivered to my door. I’ll take them!
So these nut packs come out to like $.80 each which is really good for a healthier snack that the kids can just grab.
These Cheese-Itz are so good too and make a quick snack for the kids after school and there’s 42 of them in one pack.
Last but not least apple sauce. My kids eat way too much of these. I buy the applesauce cups and the applesauce pouches depending on what we are doing. If we are about to go to the lake or hinting I will do the pouches.
Favorite Kids Snack Nutella Sandwiches
Yep, you read that right my kid’s absolute favorite snack item is a Nutella sandwich. Just plain old bread and Nutella. We buy Nutella all the time!
We use these sandwich cutters too and they enjoy picking them out and using them to play with their food.
